    Our TAT (turnaround time) is 1-2 weeks for all orders.

    We ship with USPS unless your order is large and weighs over 1 pound, then we ship with UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper.

    Due to the handmade/made to order nature of our products, we only offer exchanges on our products. Return shipping of the unwanted item is the customer's responsibility. Items must be received in new condition with tags if applicable to be eligible for exchange.
