• By purchasing or using any product from this Website, you acknowledge and accept that Lea's Metal Treasures toppers contain small magnets and metal parts. Twinkle Twinkle Tees LLC shall not be held liable for any harm, injury, or damage to persons, animals, or property, including incidents related to ingestion or physical contact with magnets or toppers.

• You are responsible for keeping all products away from children, pets, and individuals who may be prone to swallowing small objects or experiencing harm from sharp edges.

2. Damage to Eyeglasses and Accessories

• Twinkle Twinkle Tees LLC is not responsible for any scratching, damage, or alteration to eyeglass frames, sun toppers, or other accessories resulting from use or application of our products. The customer assumes all risk and responsibility for proper use, handling, and maintenance. For maximum protection of your eyeglass frame, please layer an acrylic topper, such as one from Myni Made Toppers underneath your metal topper.

3. Production and Turnaround Time

• Non-ready-to-ship toppers have an estimated production turnaround of 1–3 weeks, exclusive of shipping time. Shipping durations may vary based on carrier performance and customer location. If you require delivery sooner than the stated production and shipping estimate, do not place an order.

4. Product Color Disclaimer

• Product images and mockups are provided for reference only. Actual colors, finishes, and appearances of toppers may vary slightly from digital representations, especially on non-white-based finishes. By purchasing, you acknowledge that toppers may not perfectly match the digital mockup.

• Where required, you may be asked to check a confirmation box indicating your acceptance of color variations prior to finalizing your purchase.

5. Resin Topcoat Addition

• Orders with resin topcoat will require approximately one additional week for production and curing, extending the stated turnaround time.

6. Indemnity and Release

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twinkle Twinkle Tees LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Website or our products.
