Problem understanding how to order properly.

I thought I was getting an ombre frame with red on the top and black on the bottom. I thought my order was for a thick frame. I thought wrong. What I got was half a frame with red on the top. So disappointed. Why would I order an ombre design and and chop off the ombre feature? My mistake.

We're sorry you don't love your topper. A brow topper (half topper) is literally only the top half of a topper, so that your frame is exposed on the bottom. We would recommend ordering a design where you want the bottom to show on a regular, non brow topper. Thank you!
