Solid colors are 100% cotton, heather colors have a bit of polyester (varies by color). Either way these are the softest shirts you will ever feel (which helps tremendously with sensory issues). I am a neurodivergent (autistic and ADHD) mom to twins, one is autistic and one has ADHD, so I truly love this design and I hope you love it too!
