☼Production Time: My current production time is up to two weeks for all items. Your order may, however, ship much sooner depending upon my current order volume, and what size and color you are ordering. Please message me for a current production time estimate.
☼Shipping: Your pajamas will be shipped USPS first class mail with a tracking number. Priority mail and UPS shipping upgrades are available if you need them sooner.

Shipping
Our TAT (turnaround time) is 1-2 weeks for all orders.
We ship with USPS unless your order is large and weighs over 1 pound, then we ship with UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper.

Returns
Due to the handmade/made to order nature of our products, we only offer exchanges on our products. Return shipping of the unwanted item is the customer's responsibility. Items must be received in new condition with tags if applicable to be eligible for exchange.
Items of an intimate nature, such as underwear, cannot be exchanged or returned.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges on pet apparel.
